At Plett Artisan Market (PAM), every item is handmade with care by our artisans. Because of the nature of handcrafted goods, slight variations in size, shape, or colour may occur - this is part of the uniqueness of each item and not considered a defect.
We want you to love your purchase, so we've outlined our refund and return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns due to change of mind, dislike of colour, or buyer's remorse are not accepted, unless otherwise required by law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalised orders

Sale or clearance items

Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
Refunds

If an item is faulty or defective due to workmanship, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Refund will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If approved, refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g, card, PayFast, PayPal).
Shipping for Returns

The buyers is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g, wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable courier service (e.g, Pudo lockers) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Order Cancellations

Orders my be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to product availability.

Customers will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
